No. 570-8425 Satisfyingly sloppy and loaded with everything you could possibly want in a hefty plate of nachos-this is the "It" platter to devour. Tangy tones, heat from the thick jalapeño slices, plus refreshing tomato flavors from the salsa served on the side, each tortilla chip bite offers nacho perfection, and won't ever leave you wanting. The tasty toppings had us licking the dripping sauce off of our fingers. Yup, the Carne Asada Chips may just rival the hype behind the beef tamales at this gas station joint.

Each tortilla chip is topped with a layer of melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese, onions, sour cream, and a jalapeño slice, all baked to crispy perfection. This one's flavor-packed: a salty-sour combo from the cheese and sour cream, plus a nice bite from the jalapeños makes it easy to skip the salsa and guacamole served in the middle of the platter. Our only beef with this nacho platter? The too-few pieces had us fighting over the last piece.

The real challenge to finishing off this huge serving is saving the toppings for the rest of the chips at the bottom-the mix of tangy flavors, strong spicy kick, and fresh, ripe tomatoes in the salsa all make for a grand nacho fiesta.

Seemingly too simple with only ground beef, jalapeño slices, sour cream and cheese drizzled evenly over tortilla chips, this serving rises above with its salty flavors and subtly sweet tones from the sour cream. Credit the perfectly-seasoned ground beef and the crunchy tortilla chips they used, this was one of the nachos in the lot that we couldn't stop gushing about. Servings are hefty too, perfect for sharing with the barkada.
