Franchise Procedures
Franchising Process is very simple you can do the following! A. Using Our Hotlines 1: Set a scheduled appointment with our Franchise consultant. Contact us Directly thru our Hotlines. 2: Pay the Franchise Package (cash , Check and Credit card payment). This will be done in our main office or you can deposit to our company account. 3: Submit a valid ID and sign the Franchise Agreement. Then Attend the Franchise Training Business Seminar and Crew Training at our office. This can be processed in One Day. 4: Scheduled release, pick-up/delivery of franchise package (2-3 weeks) 5: Start of food cart operation. B. If from Provincial Areas / Online or Bank process STEP 1 - Decide what food cart you would like to avail. (For example: DIMSUM TEMPLE) STEP 2 - Download the file Application Form which will be emailed to you. Then print it, fill out all the information. Please scan if you are finished and e-mail it back to us together with your scanned valid ID. Email us at [email protected] |
STEP 3 - If you already have a location to where the food cart will be put up, draw a simple sketch, scan it and send it through e-mail as well. If you do not have a location yet, skip this step.
STEP 4- Deposit the payment to the following bank account:

STEP 5 -
Scan the deposit slip and send it through e-mail. (Make sure at this point, all these documents are already submitted through e-mail:
1. Application form
2. Sketch of location ( if you already have, skip if you do not have yet )
3. Deposit slip and valid ID.
STEP 6 - Confirm that you have sent the documents by texting us for faster transaction
( Mr. Rhyan 0918-8073575 or 0915-2828213). We will process your franchise application in one day. Wait for the our officer to call you for confirmation of you details. Keep your deposit slip for it will serve as your proof of payment.
STEP 7 - Franchise agreement/contract and all paper procedures will be sent via LBC.
STEP 8 - Wait for an official call. The company will inform you the date and time you will receive the foodcart & products. This will be very convenient for you if you are from provincial areas.
Note : The company will inform you regarding the shipping of the foodcart & products. You will pay for the shipping fee at a minimal cost.

Franchise Details
• No Drink Restriction – you can sell any beverage except liquor • Carts can be modified as pleased – you can modify the cart with lights, wheels, side tables, additional tarpaulins. • Certain Equipment's can be converted to LPG – Siopao Steamer, Griller etc • Franchise Location shall be provided for by the franchisee, he/she must submit a sketch of proposed location for evaluation and approval • We have no manpower services – you will hire/provide your own crew, we have free Crew Training (Unlimited, if your crew resigned we will train your new staff again) • A Franchise Seminar is a must attend – how to conduct food preparation, conduct in selling, sales reporting, inventory control, spoilage, maintenance of equipment. • Change of Location is available anytime, you just need to reprocess your zoning requirement in the office • Terms of Payment – Cash only • Supplies and Delivery – we have no delivery charges, provided you need to order the minimum requirement for free delivery. If not , you can pick up your products from distributor. • • Zoning – carts shall be 500 meters away from each other. Market protection (example.
