Over time, Andok’s had evolved and added a new concept to its main business of offering roasted chicken, and that is the concept of specialty grocery store offering a host of products, including beer, an assortment of beverages, rice, sugar, and other grocery products.
Andok’s offers its patrons the best quality litson manok (roasted chicken) and dokito frito (fried chicken). In addition, Andok’s also offers wide variety of choices. It also offers soft-served ice cream and frozen drinks.
Andok’s now has approximately 150 SKUs offered in the market, and is likely to grow in order to meet the demands of its valued customers. Andok’s main business thrust has always been to provide high quality products at affordable prices.

The franchise fee for an Andok’s dine-in store is PhP 500,000 while for a take-out outlet, the franchise fee is PhP 300,000. Other investment considerations will be construction, equipment, furnishings and initial working capital, which may vary depending on outlet size and location.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term to franchise is five (5) years for dine-in stores and three (3) years for take-out outlets, with succeeding two renewals of five (5) years each and three (3) years each, respectively for dine-in stores and take-out outlets.
What is the location requirement for an outlet?
A take-out outlet requires a floor area of approximately 40 to 50 square meters. For dine-in stores, a floor area of about 200 to 250 square meters that can seat about 100 to 150 customers is required. Ideal locations are: visible and accessible from major thoroughfares; passenger terminals of public utility vehicles; community centers or malls; near markets; commercial/ business district; and areas with high foot and vehicle traffic.
Will we be given an operations manual?
Yes. As our franchisee you will receive a copy of the confidential Franchise Operations Manual. This contains the policies and procedures involved in running an Andok’s store. You will be given your copy of the manual during training.
What training will we receive as franchisees?
For a franchisee of an Andok’s dine-in store, the owner and 26 of his employees will receive extensive training for 5 days at the Andok’s head office, 12 days at a Company-owned store and an additional 5 days upon soft opening at the franchisee outlet. Training conducted for franchised take-out outlets shall cover training of the owner and 8 of his employees, which includes 3 days at the Andok’s head office, 7 days at a company-owned outlet and an additional 5 days upon soft opening at the franchise premises.
