The first step in acquiring a Flawless Franchise is by submitting an application form to be found here: https://flawless.com.ph/franchising. The qualified candidates will be invited for interview at any nearest Flawless clinic. The franchise fee is Php 850, 000. The franchisee is required to contribute 3% of gross sales every month for promotion and advertising programs for both local and national area marketing. It is not required to have your own suitable property for the clinic location but it will be advantageous. The brands of the type of equipments to be used, furniture, fixtures that are needed for the franchise clinic, will be specified by the Franchisor. These should be acquired only from the accredited Flawless suppliers. Franchisees, aestheticians, utilities and other staff must complete the training provided by the franchisor to ensure of the business profitability and standard.

Periodic visits from Flawless operations team, to provide guidance and support for the franchise clinic, aside from the operations manual shall be expected to be provided. Upon execution of the Flawless Franchise, the clinic must be fully operational in 130 days. Otherwise, the contract may be terminated.
