Street foods are consumed in many areas. Often sold by street vendor, street food is usually ready-to-eat food or drink sold in a street or other public place, such as a market or fair, by a hawker or vendor, often from a portable stall.
Pinoy Hot Balls are variety of streets foods composed of the following; Fish Balls, Squid Balls, Tempura and Chicken Balls, shrimp and french fries. These can be easily be found in the streets and they are usually on a push cart and can be seen mostly near schools. Fish balls are made from finely pulverized cuttle fish meat or Pollock and they are formed in flat shape. Other variations now include the squid balls and chicken balls. They are deep fried and you can have a preference of their sauce. There is sweet and sour sauce and hot and spicy vinegar sauce.
